Academy in collaboration with the Cape Wine Academy hosted a Tertiary
Preliminary Wine Course during May 2015.
The course equips students with
the knowledge of wine service, pairing and other experiences. This course is
not compulsory for the Event Management students, but will definitely provide
students with an edge over another student who does not have such a
certificate. The next course is
anticipated for August 2015.
